The answer is easy. Small businesses are needed!

Small businesses are a vital part of the economy - they stimulate innovation and job creation. Being able to work with courageous and driven small business owners is also incredibly inspiring.

When starting a business you suddenly need to face many new demands. "Just" being a specialist in your own field is no longer enough; now, you also need to know how to successfully build and run a business.

In a small company, business becomes personal - it's no longer possible to hide behind large structures or a fuzzy vision. The bottom-line is the only thing that matters and it needs to be achieved with resources that are often limited. No wonder many business owners feel overwhelmed!
